 Big Daddy Jon artisan beef jerky is crafted using only 100% certified Angus beef, offering over 14 different flavors and hand-sliced to perfection, Texas slab style.
Initially making jerky for our friends and family as Christmas time gifts, it soon became something everyone began to look forward to. In 2008, I found myself out of a job, playing poker with friends (for no money). My wife pitched the idea that I should sell something other than cars, my friend telling me "you should sell your jerky, you make the best beef jerky in the world." I told him I wouldn't even know how to start. He said, "make a sh*t ton of it and see if you can sell it." And, well, here we are today.
Starting off with the help of friends and family and all of their enjoyment, our jerky is now available to everyone! SO JUST TASTE IT! We're always looking for more friends. Oh, and dogs love it too. Just drop a piece and go to pick it up; you may loose your hand! I know, it happened to me! You have been warned.
